| Bio and Links | Hi! Please feel free to use ANY photos or memorials I have uploaded for your own purposes. I claim no "copyright" to anything.
Unlike some of the churlish and petulant old biddies around here, I am happy to be a CONTRIBUTOR and hope you find my information helpful. The essense of a contribution being, expecting nothing in return. And Find a Grave does call us CONTRIBUTORS!
I mean, really, it's not like I risked my life, or incurred much expense, or think you will use my data to profit from headstones photos, or even that I had a horribly bad time CONTRIBUTING to Find a Grave, is it? No! It has been a pleasure.
For those CONTRIBUTORS who have suffered in the process of CONTRIBUTING, to thine be the glory, you deserve all the attribution and recognition you can get, and I am sure it will be legion. It's just not my thing!
I hope my efforts will be helpful to EVERY one! And of course, additions or corrections are always welcome. Cheers from OKC! | |

 | Elizabeth Kruse 27273302 Thank you for putting Elizabeth on Find A Grave. I am wondering if you would link her to her parents. Her father was Thomas Garrett 65962723 Her Mother was Susanna Weigart Garrett 69613892
I would like to see this family linked together.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely Carol Wolf Britton | | | Al

 | RE: Noteware photo Posted photo for Harriet, sorry the one on the left (below) is too worn. I can't read anything. | | | Susanne D
 | Noteware photo Hello, Will post a photo for Phillip Noteware today. It is difficult to read, but shows the date. At the site I found 2 other stones. One is not legible the other is a large stone for Harriet G Noteware Died July 18(?) 1887. If you want to create a memorial for her I will add the photo. | | | Tom and Nancy Gawthrop
 | RE: Gullett's in Knox County Kent. Have been to Maquon Cemetery and photographed all the Gullet tombstones I could find and uploaded them here to find-a-grave. Found some discrepencies as to the marriages recorded on find-a-grave. When adding the photo, I commented on the proper spouse relationship. Tom G. | | | Tom and Nancy Gawthrop
 | RE: Adam Housh No problem Kent. I have recently visited Housh-Walter-Sumner, Clark Chapel, and photographed most all the stones there except possibly the ones that were totally unreadable. I do have printouts of these cemeteries I found at the Galesburg Public Library. I have also just recently started putting the GPS Co-ordinates on all the photos I take. Hopefully this will enable anyone wanting to visit an easier time finding the cemetery. Tom G | | | Baxter B. Fite III
 | Adam Housh, 86th Illinois Dear Kent, I saw your comment about Adam Housh. I have been searching for the Adam Housh who served in the 86th Illinois for some 27 years. I believe I have found him, but would be interested in your thoughts. If you have any interest go to my contributor site and do a search for Adam Housh on my site and check out what I have about him. Like I said, I would be intersted in your thoughts. Thanks, Baxter | | | | [View all messages...] |
