In find a grave, how could Samuel Paxton (Hopewell Cemetery, Ohio) and Rachel Whiteman be married after his death?

This is one of my ggfathers also! I noticed your name was McQuiston, and in my history I have a Joanna Foster marrying Andrew Clement McQuiston.
Would you know the names of William Owens' parents, or want to venture a guess?

Are you on ancestry also?

Do you know where the "Clement" name came from?
This intrigues me! My ancestor, Samuel Clement Foster also had the "Clement" middle name, so there has to be a Clement in our ancestry, doesn't there? My grandmother was Alberta Owens Knox of Clearfield, IA.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks much for the input---I appreciate it! I've added the cemetery and added a memorial for Geraldine Heitsman and linked it to her parents.

your pictures
I tried to email you at the email address you list in your profile, but they came back as undeliverable. I was hoping to get your approval to use some of your pictures of the stones in my personal research from the Darrtown Pioneer Cemetery. Please let me know. Thank you so much for creating them!

RE: photos involving duplicate memorials
Giving you this information in case you still need it. I was just letting you know as an FYI. Glad you are clarifying it all on the memorials so someone else doesn't come along and think duplicates. Appreciate!

RE: photos involving duplicate memorials
I left out Elzina Allread Morton's death date of May 20, 1910 in Seven Mile, Butler County, Ohio. This is from her Ohio Death Certificate at
RE: photos involving duplicate memorials
39947177 is not a duplicate memorial of 39947238. Eliza and Elzina are 2 different names and people. William Morton first married Eliza Walden on Mar. 15, 1843 in Butler County, Ohio. George R. Morton was their son. After Eliza's death in 1847 William married Elzina Allread on Nov. 9, 1848, in Butler County, Ohio. George was born in 1846 before Elzina and William were married. William and Elzina children were William Peter, Mary Ann, Thomas Ebenezer, Rebecca Jennie, Nancy, and Lucy. William Morton 39947510 memorial is probably where he was buried in 1859. It is in the original cemetery Row 11. William Morton 39947491 would most likely be considered a cenotaph by Find A Grave definition. His name was placed on this stone that was erected long after his death by his family. It is located in Old Sec. 1 ns Row 1, Lot 6. I wonder why Elzina's death date was never engraved as she still had children living that could have seen that it was done. I have requested edits for Eliza and Elzina with their additional information so there will be no confusing the two of them. The source of the information is I hope all of this isn't too confusing and clarifies some things.

RE: photos involving duplicate memorials
Thank you for the clarification. It sure would help much if the maiden names were added to their names and if explanation was added to both bios to make it clear so it isn't questioned again in the future. Again appreciate your clarification :)
