RE: Janet Hernandez

Yes......and I have a note on the request because there is a double headstone with first husband and she has two daughters by her first husband that are buried in the same cemetery.

Gladys Marsteiner
She is buried in Restlawn Cemetery in Franklin Tennessee!!! Is there a way to move her memorial? She was able to get the Obit that told her where she was buried at.

Gladys Marsteiner died in Davidson County. I can get a copy of her death certificate at the archives if she is interested in it.

Hi, and thank your for pointing out that error. You're right of course, I made a typo in the birth years which should have been 1873.

I actually do have a photo of the grave, but the photo was not taken by me, so the site rules do not allow me to put it on Find A Grave. However I do have permission from Tom Fox, the photographer, to use the picture on my personal website. It can be seen here:

I looked up your requests. They do not appear in Irondequoit's directory. Without a lot location it is about impossible to find anyone.

RE: Andrew and Polly Shares
The state of that cemetery and all the others in the town of Onondaga is very sad. I spoke with the town historian some time ago, who says they have no money. Unfortunately, acid rain, lichens, and moss are quickly taking their toll on the stones made from local onondaga limestone. I will keep your note in my messages-although we are not supposed to use "contrast materials" like chalk, I have found that if you spray a stone with water and photo it off angle a bit, the writing stands out better. If it works, I will send you a message, as I know your concern was with the details.

If you want urn photo removed, let me know and I will delete it. I have since found better photo of urns. Glad to help out.
