|I became interested in genealogy research beginning with my horses in the early '70's. I was able to trace my Morgan/Appaloosa horse to the 1600's but my family only to the late 1800's. I met Tad, who got me started in researching my own family which i have now traced to the early 1800's. Making headway :)|

May I have your permission to download your images of Thomas Meade Bowen? I would like to add them to my Ancestry family tree.
Thank you for your consideration.

You are more than welcome. I'm so happy I could get the picture, esp if your father had never seen the stone!

I left a message for you about Thomas Bowen. Don't know if it make the trip. I have a good bit of information on him although I am no kin.

Yes, we met many years ago.I'm friends with your brother in law Phil as well as Paul. I knew your late father in law John, as well as Mia, and your mother in law too.
|Family Searcher||Hi Paul and Karen|
Imagine finding you two here.
Turns out one of the photos you posted of a Civil War officer is buried in same Cemetery
in Pueblo as my G G grandparents at Roselawn.
