Nearly all of the memorials I have entered and flowers left are somehow related to our family, if you happen to be related would love to hear from you.|
I am currently working on trying to locate the final resting place of all the men who were part of the First Special Service Force, aka Devil's Brigade or Black Devils. In July 2013, the Congressional Gold Medal was awarded, collectively, to the First Special Service Force, in recognition of its superior service during World War II. Presentation of the Congressional Gold Medal took place February 3, 2015 in Washington D.C.
My father-in-law, C.W. "Tiny" Beacon served in this elite unit.
Most memorials I have created in CT cemeteries are not family and happy to transfer to family or anyone who wishes to take care of memorial.

Go ahead; you can use it.

Absolutely. Good luck with your project.
Hayden was my great grandfather's (Andrew Jackson Flowers) brother. My brother owns the land (inherited from our dad) where Hayden is buried in the Flowers cemetery. We have recently started a closed FB page for our ancestors & we are trying to find distant cousins. Can you tell me exactly how you are related to Hayden. If you have FB, would love to add you to the group. Do you know how to contact any of his offspring? We would love to be in contact with any of his lineage. Several years ago, some of Hayden's family from OK visited his grave & placed a new headstone.

You are very welcome. As a veteran myself, it is always a pleasure to photograph at National.
Please feel free to use the photo as you wish. All of my photos are for sharing.

My thought's on Photo's for Find a Grave are once I post the requested photo they belong to that requester. So I have no problem about you using the photo for whatever reason. Good luck on your project. Bet you are enjoying it. Take care and good luck. Cyndy
