Cox Cemetery in Henry Co, TN
I see that you have some memorials at Cox Cemetery that are included in the book "Inscriptions in Stone" which are documents for people buried in the different cemeteries here in Henry Co.

25360302 Caleb Dial
25360224 Martha A (Street) Cox
25360269 Margaret Cox
25360197 Asa Cox

I believe these should all be in the Miller Cemetery that is off 69N which is now showing 5 other memorials that I just added from the "Inscriptions" book.

Did you locate their headstones? Let me know please. I have been working on the Cox family
Or should they not be moved to the right cemetery?

Burial of Ivan cont'd
Sorry, I should have reread my email. Matthe's is Matthew's I missed the "W".

Matthew's grave is beside a farmer's field outside of Paris. There is no Gun range or anything else. It is a little difficult to find because the DAR gravestone is at the site of the burial and it is below the level of the road and below the level of the road. It is very difficult to see. It is common knowledge that Matthew's spouse is buried next to him but there is no gravestone.
Did I post the directions incorrectly.
There are huge power lines in the distance; however, Ivan is not one of Matthew's children or grand children.
Matthew's father was a soldier in the Revolution because documents state that Matthew joined the REvolution as a substitute for his father who became ill. At the completion of his father's enlistment which was about 6 months, Matthew continued with by enlisting in his own name.
Hope this helps.

Photos at Alexander Farm Cemetery
I took photos of Matthew Alexanders' grave in either May or June of 2009. His is the only grave present although common knowledge is that his spouse Eleanor is buried next to him.
Ivan fails to be a son of Matthew per his probate records. Matthew's son William died before his father so William's children are listed in the probate.

Matthew's brother William is living in Henry Co as listed in the 1830 and 1840 census. Perhaps Ivan descends from William. William married the Esther Ester McMillan who is the sister of Matthe's spouse Eleanor.

If you have questions click on my name as I also as a contributor.
Bettye, direct descendant of Matthew, proved by DAR and DAR member in chapter in AZ.

Nathaniel Jackson
Is Nathaniel related to you? I just added him as my G.G.G.G.G. (5th) Grandfather.

There isn't a cemetery called 'Okemah'. The one in Okemah is Highland and another in the country is Morse. I will check today to see if your requested names are in either of these. There are several more smaller ones.
