I live in Erie and am working on a volume of grave locations for veterans of the Spanish-American War. I would like your permission to use the picture you posted of Edgar France's grave in this compilation. I will cite you as the source, but I need your name.

I made the same discovery this weekend when I finally reached the person in charge of the cemetery. He actually took me to the spot where each of them are buried and there is an open space with no gravestone. He did let me take a picture of his cemetery record confirming that each has been buried there. Would you like a picture of that placed on their memorial page?
