Not trying to nag, just FYI that we've cleared over 250 requests this spring and now have 600 requests—fewer than there were in June, 2012. We'd be happy to clear your request(s) but some/all do not have plot information. Please call (216) 641-7575 and obtain plot information. Hi Cheryl - with your additional info and a description from someone else about Part 2, I was able to figure out where Section 50 Part 1 is. It's smaller than the other areas, and your info that Margaret is in Range 1 let me guess it was going to be close to the road. I was able to find #s close to #87 in a short Range that was clearly Range 1, but there was no headstone there for Margaret Horny at Grave #87. I took some photos of the area, so I will go ahead and upload those with captions in case you or anyone else wants to visit one day.Added by *Janice on Apr 08, 2013 7:36 PM | | | runner9

You've put in request(s) at Calvary in Cleveland. Several of us are working to clear the more than 750 requests. With 400,000 burials and 300 acres, if you could please obtain plot information AND a plot map one of us will be more likely to be able to fill the request, as the office will only give out a little information to each person. The office phone number is (216) 641-7575. On my page I have the plot maps listed that we already have.
You can try to tell them you'll be visiting when they're closed, etc. So far everyone who's called has been successful in having a map mailed. If you get one let me know and I'll give you my e-mail address. With thousands of graves per section a plot map would be VERY helpful. Without plot information it's basically impossible.

| Whitehaven photo request
You have requests for photos from Whitehaven in Mayfield, Ohio. I'm trying to clear the backlog of 49 requests. The office is helpful but with 49 request and 3-5 minutes each the time adds up quickly.
If you could please call the office at (440) 442-1400 and ask for the section and plot information I would be happy to take the photo. You can message it to me or update the photo request.
I'll try to get there within a week of getting plot information.

This would have been from the earliest days of cemetery recordkeeping for it was thought to be the families responsibility to keep track of their loved oned once the lot was purchased in the early days. I can confirm those 2 spaces belong to Noah Rudolph and James Rudolph, but since the stones are almost illegible, the cemetery has no death dates. Any information you could provide would be helpful.
