RE: Elizabeth Powell Martn
Hello Patricia
I don't know. Possibly. Have you checked the census records or familysearch.org?

Willis
I didn't find Gertrude or Ernest, but I did find several other Willis's. When I get more requests for that area, I will check again. Karl

RE: Photo's
Two ways.
1. Copy and paste the original email to a word document and save.
2. Copy and past the original email to a new email and send to yourself.

Hope this helps.

Very Respectfully,
Bill

Land family info
Hi, Patricia--Thank you for your dedicated service in researching families. I am responding to the Albert N. Land grave site in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, VA. "Nick" was my Father & passed away in June 1958. Helen Land Lewis was my Mother who died in May 2004. Arnold is my stepfather & is still living in Va. Beach, VA & Gloucester, VA. We would like to update his info when the time comes. On the other side of this headstone is my Aunt, Roberta Land Holland (Nick's) Sister & her Husband, Mills Louis Holland. Thank you again, take care,

IRT your request for a photo of this person's gravesite at Forest Lawn Cemetery. A photo was added to that memorial on the 30th of March.

Buried in Hill Top, Summers County, West Virginia.
I have added the grave and you may want to look and add the dates of birth and death. I intend, in time, to copy all the stones in Hill Top.

RE: Spangler/Lampey Cemetery
Sorry taking so long to reply. I am having problems out of my computer. At this time I can not find a cemetery in Floyd or around named as you have asked for. There is a least one Spangler Cemetery that I have seen records for. I'll look in the local libraries and see if they have any similair names listing in their cemetery books. As you may know many cemeteries change names, for many diffferent reasons from owners of the property, Surnames buried there, etc.

RE: Spangler Cemetery
The graves I have listed are all the stones that are there. This is a small fenced-in cemetery as the pictures show.

I have also seen a post on the ancestry.com boards listing the burials here.

I am guessing that the Spangler/Lampey Cemetery is in a different location. This Spangler Cemetery is built on the old Spangler Mill property.

Check with the Floyd County Historical Society for the exact location of the Spangler/Lampey Cemetery.

Good Luck!

Huffville Cemetery
If at all possible can you place your memorials with the Huffville Cemetery. I understand that the church was once a union church. The Huffville Cemetery is well established and confussing having three different names for the same cemetery. The same request for pictures are not being completed as I have listed them on the Huffville Cemetery. It states that there are 7 picture request for the union church and many are posted with the Huffville Cemetery. Thanks
