Sabine County Texas cemeteries were indexed by me and a couple of helpers in 2000-2002. There are 148 identified cemeteries/burial places with 25 of these being almost lost with only faint signs of burial, to being completely lost with only a general knowledge of where the cemetery was located. I personally walked and indexed about 133 of these. Many thanks to others that are interested in Sabine Co., TX, because of them, much progress has been made in making these memorials available to others. I am adding pictures of the markers I have taken, corrections and links to family members.|
I have many of the Sabine County cemeteries completely photographed and hope to someday complete all of them.
I no longer live in Sabine, but I have lots of Sabine Co. family information.
I have walked where my ancestors walked and cried where my ancestors cried.

I will send you a copy of the photo that I have. My dad flew with the Armstrong crew at least twice. In fact he was with them a few missions before they were shot down. D W Johnson the copilot of dads crew was on the final mission with your cousin. Johnson survived and was a POW. I have a virtual cemetery set up for the crew members of B17 297473!

Kay, Thanks for telling me about photos. I did not know that I should upload as a person and not a default grave. Thanks so much for the transfer of the memorial and the information. Pat

thanks for the pix!!
Sorry it took so long. I could not find the location, so I went back to the source and was told it was in the "Companion Lots". He is with Clara. I could find no memorial for her so I created one and transferred it to you.

Thank you. You are MORE than welcome.
|Lee Manning||Frind & Sabatha (Foster) Frazar|
I visited the Merryville Cemetery and found the graves for Frind and Sabatha. The memorials were wrong, so I made corrections and added photos. They are buries as Frazar instead of Foster. Hope this clears up the confusion.
