Bio and Links
I have been doing genealogy now for about 20 years. I find it very rewarding yet frustrating at times. I joined our local Genealogical society and have been a very active member as well as an officer, for all the years. I would love to find my link to my great grandfather and where he is burried. Thomas Howard.

I am now on a new mission to assist my Daughter in law in finding any and all info available on her birth family. As she was adopted at a young age.

RE: Salts
Reba, I have exhausted my search for John & Susan. I went to our library and searched through several volumes with no luck.. Also checked the various spellings. I'm sure they're here - somewhere, but in either unmarked or fieldstone marked graves. Sorry I didn't have better luck. Gordon

Salts
Reba, I will try to work your request for the photos of the Salts - however, I could use some additional info. The two "New Victory" cemeteries listed in F-A-G have errors, and there's a third "New Victory" cemetery not listed. The photos shown in the two F-A-G entries of the churches are both in error. A real mess - The photo of the white church is of New Victory Methodist Church, which is actually not enumerated on F-A-G (several hundred graves). The listing that shows 18 entries is attached to no church. The brick church photo is that of New Victory Baptist Church (also several hundred graves). All three cemeteries are within eyesight of each other and all well kept, but have unmarked graves. Unfortunately, the only online transcription does not include your ancestors. The two larger cemeteries are more than I'd like to walk, so if you could help narrow down your ancestor's location, I might be able to find something. The Baptist cemetery has the following Salts listed - Elbert, Catherine, H.S., and Nancy - do those names mean anything to you? This location is less than 5 miles from my home, so if you could give me a little more info, I might could help. Thanks, Gordon
