Bio and Links
Bio Photo My family line consists of the following surnames on my father's side: Grubb; Bourell; Cline; Trigg; Harmon; Parr

Mother's side: Marovich (Mraovic); Pavlitza (Pavlica)

** For those possible relatives on Ancestry.com, I have recently completed my DNA and results are posted. ***

Originally from Gary, Indiana, I currently reside in Papillion, Nebraska (just south of Omaha). I am a father of 3 children. My son, Aaron (27), lives in Minneapolis. Two daughters, Christina (21) and Amanda (17) are here in the Omaha area. Married (7/28/08) a wonderful lady (Catherine) from Long Island, New York. I served in the United States Air Force for nearly 23 years (1976-1998) and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant.

Pictures: You may use my pictures on genealogy websites or for your own use. All I ask is credit for the photo (e.g. Photo courtesy of Chuck Grubb, Papillion, Nebraska).

Transfers: I will gladly transfer memorials of your relatives or close friends. Just ask but include your relationship to the deceased.

Corrections: Feel free to send suggested corrections. I only ask that you have a source of some kind that I can add to the memorial.

Ahhh, mystery solved. I wasn't logged in and that is why there wasn't an option to delete the photo. I have just deleted the photo for you.

I am not able to delete the photo since I did not create the memorial. However, you should be able to delete it.

RE: Peyer Photo Request
The information I have is from their newspaper obituaries. It could be incorrectly reported. I also know nothing about the type of monuments or even if they have monuments.

Thank you so much for making the attempt.

I sent this request in April 2012 but I guess you missed it.

Please add the middle initial of "N" to Joseph's name

Thank You

RE: McDerby & Porter photos
Chuck,

I can't offer any insight concerning the Porter clan, other than what is available at Find a Grave and Alvin Porter's obituary there. My connection with Ada is via her first husband, Alex Bates, who was my grandfather's uncle.

Thanks again for your help with the photos!

McDerby & Porter photos
Thank you very much for the quick work on the photos for Ada (McDerby) Porter and her parents! That looks like pretty rugged country, especially the view of David McDerby's gravestone.

Thanks again, and have a wonderful week!
