I expressed my desire to learn about my family at the age of 13. I became a more serious "searcher" after I married and especially after the birth of my four children. Upon retiring, in 1997, I have devoted my time to the gathering of family history for both mine and my husband's families. We have grown in unbelievable numbers! It has been a fun time and enlightening experience, to say the least. Especially to find so many wonderful family members who are doing research too. I feel most rewarded!
