Actually, they are kin to my 1/2 brother and sister ... I have been working on their mother's line for years on their behalf. Their mother is Molly McGaughey-Antal ... Molly's from Milton, KY. Amy E. McGaughey married Everett Irby. Amy E. McGaughey-Irby is Molly' Grand Aunt. Below shows her line:
Amy Ethel McGaughey (1901 - 1995)
James Buchanan McGaughey (1858 - 1937)
Father of Amy Ethel
Glen Jackson McGaughey (1897 - 1949)
Son of James Buchanan
Glen Jackson McGaughey (1920 - 2007)
Son of Glen Jackson
Molly - daughter of Glen
Thanks for the permission!!!!
RE: McGaughey/Irby/Smiddy - Chapel Lawn
That's fine. Use them how ever you want.
Are you related to any of these families? They are all related to my wife.

Hello. I wanted to say thank you for the photo of the grave stones of the McGaughey, Irby and Smiddy families located in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery which you posted on Findagrave.com.
As for your photos ... may I have permission to post them (and any other of your photos of my ancestors' and/or their graves that you may have posted or will post in the future) on my Ancestry.com file. I post a message under the photo giving credit to the person who took the photo. I have no interest in publishing any books or using the photos in any way other than for genealogical purposes. I have several things I post under the photos depending on the "owner" of the photo's desires. I have two below ... if you will allow me to post your grave photos on my Ancestry file then I'll place the statement of your choice. The second one has a _____ in it and that's where I would place your e-mail address so people can contact you directly for permission.
NOTE: This photo was obtained from a Findagrave.com photo volunteer and the volunteer has kindly given me permission to post this on my Ancestry.com file. You should take the steps to contact the owner of the photo for permission to use this photo for your personal use ... permission is NOT granted by me for any use as it is not mine to give.
NOTE: This photo was obtained from a Findagrave.comphoto volunteer. Permission is NOT granted by me for any use as it is not mine to give. You must contact _______ for permission to use this photo.
Again, thank you so much for your kindness ... Find A Grave volunteers are wonderful people :-)

You are most welcome.

Thank you George. One more memory of Hammond. A hamburger place across from the grade school. If memory serves me right called White Castle. I ate a lot of those. Carolyn K.

Thank you George for offering to delete yours. I appreciate your offer of the picture, but I have one of her gravestone I entered when I did her memorial page last Nov. 7, 2011. In answer to your question, I am related to all those in that Hammond plot of graves. I was born in Hammond and lived there until 1942. But came back often for family functions. I and a younger brother went to the gradeschool near the cemetery. Kenwood? My older sister and brother were in Hammond High school. Used to play in Indi-Elli (spelling?) park. Have lots of happy memories of Hammond. I haven't checked out Miami Laws father but know his name was John so perhaps the one you mention in the mausoleum is him. Thanks for your help. Carolyn Krueger

Thank you so much George for the closeup picture of the Hammond Monument on Memorial page No. 65347414. I had already done a memorial page for family member Miami Janette Laws Sassee No. 80049415. So your Memorial page for her as Miami Hammond - Memorial No. 99194625 is a duplicate. Since she married a second time after her husband died she herself died not with the Hammond last name but Sassee. It is confusing as she was laid to rest in our Hammond family plot rather than in her second husband's plot of graves. Your dedication to findagrave is awesome. Carolyn Krueger
Please note that the memorial has an inaccurate death date for Mattie Bates. See tombstone date and also the date on the obituary (1948) ~
I also added L.D. Ingram a memorial and photos, as well as your other requests. (ngl)

|Judith Nan Lewis||RE: Webbers|
You are very welcome. I can't take credit for the photos, as "NGL" added them to both Willie Sue C. Webber and Martin Thomas Webber's memorials. You can click on NGL under one of the photos and it will take you to their profile page, if you would like to contact them.
I changed Willie C. Webber's name to Willie Sue C. Webber for you. Since these are members of your family, would you like for me to transfer Willie Sue and Martin Thomas Webber to you?
If so, please just leave me a message on my profile page and let me know. I'll see it next time I check my page.
You don't have to send a edit request to me for me to tranfer them, as I normaly respond to all request I receive in the messages on my profile page.
Until Later.......God Bless,
Judith Nan Lewis
