RE: 1st Lt. Lewis Yarbrough Cheryl, I sent you an email regarding this entry in the Bangs Cemetery. The information came from Ancestry.com
You'll find this interesting reading. It appears that Lt. Lewis Yarbrough is not buried in Bangs or Manila. His body was never recovered. His plane went down in 1944 and he was declared dead in 1946. Both places appear to be a memorial.
Since this is a transcription of someone's research, you may want to see about obtaining copies of his military records.
I have transferred the Joseph McClure Spain Memorial,116377910, to you. I am not related. I located his death certificate on Family Search while researching some relatives in California and added the information to Find A Grave.
Ollie Bradford Cheryl, Ollie is my grandfather's sister, my grand aunt. I would like to keep her with the Daniel family and not transfer. Opal, their daughter, had a son Bill Kyle Ward. He and I have remained in touch for some yrs now. The Daniel family is big, and there are many, many cousins and descendants. Will gladly exchange information. Good to know that you are related. Do not have much information for Reuben, with the exception of his mother and father. Wes
RE: Thomas and Frances Sublett Chyral, Thanks for that information....I have that much of it as well....what I am looking for is Frances Luretta Stephens Sublett's grave. I know that Thomas Allen Sublett is buried in Poolville Cemetery, I can't find Frances. Their youngest child, Minnie M Sublett Martin (1879-1959) is my grandmother. My mother was her youngest child. I have relatives in Weatherford, Parker county, as well. I have folks on both sides of my family there...My Dad's name is Bland. I have searched every way I know to find her grave...I am at a loss...
