|Sidney Allen||Bervick Holmes|
Thanks for info on Bervick Holmes in Tehachapi Westside Cemetery; I've updated the memorial.
|MMarkwell||RE: Helge Larson Jr.|
You are welcome.
|Oakblossom||RE: Ben Stoebner|
Ok good to know. I'll keep an eye out for him. Thanks
|Peck-Millay||RE: Ernest Harold Clough|
Ernest daughter Geraldine was married to my Uncle Leonard Funderburk. I checked back through the papers my Grandmother wrote and I made a mistake. 2 of Ernests brothers and 1 sister were buried in Kern County but Ernest was buried with his wife Lillie in Red Oak Cemetery. New find a grave link is, http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=147947494 Sorry for the confusion... Sandi

My pleasure, Jill. Glad to help.
|Bob # 46991349||RE: Pauline Myers|
You are very welcome.
I was wondering about Toxie as there wasn't any indication that there had been another internment with Pauline nor did the office show that he was there. After he has been interred, it will take about 6 to 8 weeks to get his scroll installed on the marker. After I know he is there and the scroll has been installed, I'll go back and take a new picture for both of the memorials.

Just give the cemetery office (806-376-4538) a call and ask them to submit a work order to locate the marker for you and uncover it and clean it up. Section 88 Lot 2 Space 2
It's probably a temporary marker because those are easier to get overgrown. If you want a permanent marker, you could get that information from the office as well.
Whether you keep the temporary or get a permanent marker, let me know if you want me to do the photo for you. And if there is anything else I can do here, just let me know.

Deleted Thank you Karen
|Daniel Gabehart||Josephine Goins|
As a direct Descendant, you should ask Walter Dunn for her Find a Grave. He seems to be a nice guy.
The Goins Family can be be-deviling at times. They sometimes changed their names or left the state to avoid Sheriffs. Ironic for us, huh?
In the old days, distance could make for difficulty in maintaining family ties, and then when there is a death, poof! The next generation loses contact with everyone. Our ancestors had hard lives that they lived, and sometimes I feel sorry for them, but admire their tenacity, and ability to survive. I wonder if my Grandmother ever met her Aunt Josephine?
If I have any of Josephine's descendants on Find A Grave, and you want them, just let me know. I don't own them. I would like to see more photos added. and more relatives added to Find A Grave.
I do have a California connection, as my mother was born and raised in Alameda County, so I have lots of cousins strung out through the Bay Area. Good luck with your research, and let's keep the ball rolling. Glad to hear from you.
