When I was 24, I became obsessed with genealogy, living in SLC at the time, where I was born, I went to get my birth certificate, never having it I had used my mormon blessing & baptism certificates up until then I had no ideal it stated "UN-NAMED FEMALE SLY.

I had it amended to have my first and middle name added... I now have a 2 page birth certificate.

The word Sly has sadly over the decades been getting a bad rap & with each new dictionary edition it gets worse.
But hundreds of years ago the word Sly meant "To have a Knowing", "Secret Knowledge", crafty, cunning, being able to make things work out of nothing or very little.

My precious Granny Reva BRUNSON was in the hospital after a bad car wreak, my bio parents went to see her.
Granny said, and I do believe her, that I wanted to visit her too and so I did. I was born there at the Holy Cross Hospital in which my Granny was recovering in.

My Granny taught me at an early age how important it was to always write names and dates on photos.
