I have not forgotten your request. As soon as I can arrange for someone to go with me I will search for her grave. The grave do not seem to be laid out in in kind of order. Is there anything you can tell me that will help locate her grave.

Tom: I went to the cemetery a few days ago and did not find the grave for Mary Denise McMahan. It has been so hot and it is gong to take some searching. There are many more grave than reported on the Find A Grave. Also, there has been three murders in that area and it is not safe for one person to go there alon. New roads and interstates have isolaated this cemetery. It is not hard to find, but is in a hidden section. As soon as the weather breaks and I can get someone to go with me, I will make a effort to find the grave. I am sorry, but this is the way it is. The cemetery really needs to be worked by Find A Grave. It is apparently a black cemetery, supposedly Pepetual Care, but not much care is being given. It would be good if we could get groups of Find A Grave people together to go to these type cemeteries and get all the info we can. If you do not hear from me in a few days, send me a reminder at my e-mail address.

I have been to Pindale this am. Did not find the grave. It is in the high 90s right now so I will have to go back when it is cooler. It is not that far but has bee isolated by Interstate Highways etc. If you are not familiar with the area, it is hard to find.

I will go back. The cemetery is poorly kept. There are some flat markes including the bronze and grass has grown over them. It is hilly and not very well organized. I think it started out to be a Perpetual Care but looks like it is neglected.

This interest me very much. It is predominately a black cemetery and I am interested in getting them on Find A Grave.

I will keep watching and if someone does not get the photo before I get back to it, I will make a thorough search.

Keep in touch.

RE: Thank You
Hi Troy,
It's our honor and pleasure! So great meeting your family and can't wait to meet you this summer! I know how you are feeling about the obituaries. Can I be of any help with the newspaper archives here? I can also research folks for you on; census, etc. Just let me know and we'll be more than happy to! I'm pretty sure all newspapers have microfilm archives, so look at the town's papers and see what info you might be able to get from them. Any obituaries from the mid 1990's forward may be online for a small fee. Anyway, please take care and may God bless you and all of your beautiful family.
