My name is Cathi, I live in California. I have 2 boys ages 19 and 15. I never knew sites like this existed until my buddy Greyling Betz was shot and killed in Jan. 2007. His body was found in Tijuana, the so called friends he was with needed a story to explain why Greyling didn't return with them that night so they made up a car jacking story, they escaped but werent sure what had happened to my friend.
The real story is that they are the ones responsible for taking his life, there was no car jacking, but because he was found in Mexico, it is out of our jurisdiction...so there will probably never be an arrest...
So with all that said, you can imagine how difficult this whole thing has been for me. I am so thankful for this site and for the people of Find a Grave...being able to come here and leave messages for others and read the ones left has somehow brought a sense of comfort.
Please if you have time visit his memorial, and my mother too. The tokens and messages mean so much to me.

Hi, Cathi,
I won't be going trick or treating with the grandkids this year... right foot swelling still won't go down and stay down...have had a sleep study and echo...but they couldn't find a good vein for a Chemical stress test...so I have to do that on the 30th, if they can find a vein!
Still able to get around... I have a cane, a walker, and a wheelchair... but today I have made it around without using any of them! Hope that lasts all day today!
