Bio and Links
Bio Photo I found this site by accident researching a family history. Since then, I have added my own family members and just recently have been able to take photos for other peoples loved ones. I am very excited to be a part of the Find a Grave Family and enjoy seeing how much the volunteer rate is growing.
My daughter and I go out at least once a week to take photos. I make it a point to "flower" memorials daily that do not have any. I believe everyone should have flowers and never be forgotten. If I have made a memorial for a relative, I am more than happy to transfer, just let me know.

Could it be that there is no headstone? It makes sense giving the directions you found. I found the Howell headstone and the graves directly west do not have any markers. I am uploading the pictures and will mark them so you can see what I mean.

Hi, I haven't received the information from the cemetery yet but I thought I would go over and try to find the graves based on the information you found. I cannot figure out what they mean by the 'dome'. I didn't see anything that looked like a dome. There is a very large round globe out there. I went north of that and hunted but to no avail. I guess I'll have to wait for the information from the cemetery office. If you want to call them and get more specific directions I would be happy to go out there again. This place is huge!

OK thank you. The lady in the office is also going to print me a map and mark all of the graves I need to take pictures of so hopefully that will lead me in the right direction. It's a huge cemetery!

Rowland Powell Photo
Hi Sondra,
I was hoping to see if you mind adding the headstone photo from Rowland Powell's memorial to his wife's as well. I just added her and she is linked to Mr. Powell's memorial.
Thank you.

I added photo for John Jimerson. Beside him was Colis Jimerson who looking at the 1930 census is a son of John and Maudie. At the cemetery, in between Maudie and John are two adult unmarked graves. Must be related but whose to say who is there. Maudie is buried as a Savage but was married to a Jimerson. in 1930 is married to a Whisenhunt, but born a Sallas. Lots of last name changes for Maudie. Hope this helps.

Maudie Savage
I did not see any other Savage headstones but I did kind if rush through the cemetery. One question does pop into mind after seeing Maudie's findagrave page. Her son is listed as a Jimerson. Two plots over from Maudie was a john or James Jimerson. Any relation? Do you need that photo?

Shatto Memorials

What an unexpected surprise! Thanks much for transferring the four Shatto memorials to me. As new things come to light I'll be tweaking them.

And a one-day late Merry Christmas to you and all the best for the New Year.

Cheers, Barry

I like to do the same thing. If I have taken a photo of a stone, I feel I at least owe them a "flower" as a documentation/token of my visit. Also a great idea to get your daughter involved. Carry on the good work. You are appreciated.
