I got your message requesting permission to use the photo of her gravemarker for your family tree. I do not have rights to the photo, but I saw that you already contacted Jarrott Cox for his permission, so it looks like you are all set. Mr. Cox has been working to get photos in these cemeteries and has been very helpful. If you haven't found the link for Doniphan cemetery listings, you might find this helpful, as well as the one for Atchison, if you have family you are researching in the area: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~kscemete/doniphan/doniphan.htm

Permission granted with credit given to me as photographer. Jarrott
William, what a nice note, you made my day! I am delighted that my photos were pleasing to you. A-ha, the gentlemen named "Granville" ... I remember that marker, it's under a long bank of lovely spruce trees. (-: Take care, Amy

The cemetery photo was posted by me-if you'd like to use that, you have my permission.

The Wards have been transferred as per your request-another contributor (amys) took and posted the photographs of the grave marker-see her contributor profile as to obtaining permission for further use of these images.
|Ray Justus||RE: Birthdate fo John A. Logan Maxwell|
Thanks, Bill! This has been wrong since I took this memorial over five years ago. I am guilty of not updating the birth and death dates and locations when I took over. They are correct now taken directly from the Maxwell Family Bible.
Uncle Logan was my grandmother's youngest brother. He and Aunt Mary died just a month apart. Are you related?
|Denise Warnock||RE: Benjamin Isaac Ussery|
Thank you for all the Ussery information.
Maybe one day we can connect Benjamin to the rest of the Ussery's at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
|Misty Blankenship||RE: Transfers|
Thanks Bill and you are very welcome. I appreciate that you were very polite in the way that you asked for the memorials. Its people like you that motivate me to go out there, take the photos and spend the HOURS uploading and creating the memorial. I still have many,many photos to upload. You should create the memorials of your loved ones. Once I get back to adding photos again, I will add the photo if I have it on my memory stick. I dont live far from Mount Moriah, so when its nice, its easy to go out there and capture a few photos.
I think I got them all. Let me know if I missed any
