Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello Everyone...

Just a country girl... Born and raised right in the heart of the Francis Marion National Forest. Lots of kinfolk close by and life is grand. Couldn't be better... Anyway, I'm related to all around me... Gaskins, Mitchums, Ports, Ackermans... you name it... I'm probably in the mix. If you have any questions for me about family or anything, just leave me a message.

Talk to you later,
Ree

Hi,

I am working on finding gravesites for some burial unknowns and I was wondering if you knew where you took the picture of Roselee's marker? Thank you.

K.

RE: Carl Lee Fosbrink
Yes, he is my biological father... He was my dad! I was the son that did get mentioned even though my mom and him was together for 15 years . It was that I was born when he was married to his first wife Shirley. My mother was Joyce Fosbrink .

I seen on his Facebook where you left the link for this memorial, I was just wondering if you knew him? Or if it's just something you do for people... Thanks Billiam,

Neil Kentner
Thank you for that bit of information (It's added).
Neil's sister was married to a cousin of my husband. He attended our church until he had to move away. Very talented (piano, voice) and a hard worker. Worked in the kitchen at church.
Worked at the funeral home. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE about everything. He had a massive stroke on Christmas Eve, as he was working a funeral. died a day later. Pray for his son, Justin. He will have a hard time. Helen

Sabb Canty Cumbee Image
Hello!

This is Nicole with Charleston Magazine in Charleston, South Carolina. We would love to use the image you added of Sabb Canty Cumbee in a feature we are doing about Moonshine production during the Prohibition in the Carolinas. I was wondering if you would happen to have a higher resolution version of that image and if we had permission to use it. Email me back at artintern@charlestonmag.com you reply!

Cheers!

RE: Sgt Maj John Patrick McDonagh, Memorial # 127393678
Dear Ree,
Sorry it took so long in replying to you but I got OBE (overcome by events). There are a couple of issues; first, I do now realize that I claimed the SgtMaj for a photo, however, that claim has expired. For that I apologize.
But, I just looked at the memorial page itself for the first time and discovered that there is already a photo and complete obituary submitted by "Old Lonesome Gravedigger". Perhaps that is who you should talk to about taking over the maintenance of the memorial.
Good luck and Happy New Year.
Robbie

RE: Thanks
I'm not quite sure why his name says Sergeant Major, when he's actually a Senior Master Sergeant. But as always, it's my pleasure and my honor. ~Jan

RE: Mitchums
Hi. Great to hear from you. Actually my sister's husband is related to Riley Mitchum. You can write her linmitchum@yahoo.com. She is also on ancestry. I think she has connected the dots. She has been working on this family for several years. Give her a holler. She would love to hear from you. If I can help in any way. Let me know.
