|THR||RE: Otis Johnson|
Unfortunately, I do not know him. There are a few articles online that mention him, but they are mostly on newspapers.com which is a web site that I don't subscribe to. Type: -- "otis johnson" navy boxer -- in google and you'll see them.
Just a suggestion--when you send a message referencing someone on find a grave, provide the person's first and last name and the memorial number--you will find the number at the bottom of each memorial page. It makes it easy to quickly locate the right page--there are many Otis Johnsons in find a grave.
Good luck with your research,

Thanks for letting me know. I recorded some of the stones when I was in the Bridgeport Cemetery. I was never at the Cicero Cemetery. I'm confused at why there would be a stone in both cemeteries. Hmmm. Well anyway I deleted my memorial and thanks!

I'm not sure that your information applies to Catherine Martino. I'll need to investigate further to determine if her maiden name appeared on other documents, i.e., her NJ death certificate. Why do you think that the specific information you listed was the Catherine Martino buried in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery? Thanks, Rhonda

I received your edit that Catherine's maiden name was Provenzano. If I may ask, how do you know? Are you related to this family? Thanks, Rhonda

Thanks I did send them a message stating yours was up way before they put up a duplicate. I agree with your info. I did not receive a reply from them.

|A. Howard||Pearce/Pierce Carson relative|
Hi, I'm also a descendant of Charity (Pearce) and Bowater Carson (among many, many other Quaker families) through their daughter Sarah "Sally" Sumner Reynolds. I have a pretty strong theory that Charity's surname was "Pearce", rather than the oft-seen "Pierce" and that her parents were Elisha Pearce and Lucy Owens, although I haven't seen any other trees claiming the same lineage. I'd love to talk with any other folks researching this line and compare notes.
|Richard Ong||Children of Jacob & Emily Carson|
Dear Mr. Carson,
I see you added the information on the five children of Jacob and Emily from the Stringtown Quaker Cemetery in Ohio.
I noticed that Jacob and Emily lost all five of these children in 1846, four within a month of each other. Do you have any information on what caused that tragedy, please?
Bowater Carson and Charity Pearce are my 3d great grandparents.
You're welcome.....my pleasure.

|Bonnie's Daughter||Uriah Carson Jr|
Mary Mace has been removed as a wife of Uriah Carson Jr, until further research can be done. The marriage record simply says names and date in Illinois, so it could be for another Uriah. Thanks for bringing to my attention.

I see you left flowers on her grave, are you related? They are my 3rd great grand uncle and aunt
