Hello. Cordelia( Corda) Davis Stallings & Charles "Charley" Stallings are my maternal great grandparents. Their daughter Edna Lucille Stallings was my grandmother. She adopted me and raised me following the death of my mother Roberta. I have memories and alot to share. Are you related?

RE: Bonnie Smith Thomas
Glad I could help. I go up to Barbourville every year around the same time. If you need more photos let me know and I will get them for you in 2013.

RE: Bonnie Smith Thomas
I uploaded the photos this morning.

I was on a church mission trip to the area and spotted the cemetery during my limited free time. I was looking for military graves that were not yet in Find A Grave. When I found the cemetery was loaded, I thought that it might be an opportunity to fulfill a photo request also.

I took the shots with my I-Phone but had to wait until I returned home to upload them.

Sorry about that. I have deleted the photo.

Unfortunately, although Charles Searcy (1814-1890) is listed as interred in Section J, Lot 507, I could not find his gravestone this morning.

Charlie Searcy, F.A.G. # 74522662
The Richmond Cemetery Inventory of Burials lists two Charles Searcy(s): Charles Searcy (1814-1890) & Charles L. Searcy (1848-1925).
I presume that Charles L. Searcy is the Charlie Searcy that you are interested in a photo for.
I will be out of town this weekend (1-3 June) but, weather permitting, I will get your photo next weekend.

Want to let you know that Susie's older sister passed away last night. She doesn't yet know what happened. The family is in shock.

This sister lost her husband to lung cancer six months ago. Their daughter is distraught.

When I find out more, I'll let you know.

Hugs, Rosie
