 | RE: Dora Cornelia Collins Palmer Hi, Zack,
You are very welcome! Gravely Diggens and I had several conversations about Dora and her daughters, and about your search for your relatives. I'm glad that we could be of help. If you determine that any more of them are buried in our area, I do most of the cemeteries in a five county area, and I have the lists of interred for several of them, including folks I have not yet added to Findagrave. So, feel free to ask. She loves research, and I love photography and data entry. We make a useful team.

 | RE: Eliza Jane Hoyt Yocum I haven't had much luck with her or several others in getting changes made. Unfortunately, I think people just forget about it and what's there is what's there, right or wrong.
You are so welcome for the transfer. If there are others, just let me know. Yes, I am sure we are all related in some fashion....I come from the Ice/Shreve/Long/Morgan/Hill line so that means I am my own cousin! | | | Greg Kimberley
 | RE: Joseph Armstrong Sorry Zack, I walked the whole cemetery and found a Joseph, but the wrong Joseph. I have added a memorial with the Joseph I found. If you have walked also and not found him, that makes 2. I'm sorry, I posted incorrectly, you will have to put in a new request. Sorry. | | | FamTreeHunter
 | RE: Lipscomb's Lena age 7 in the 1920 Census isn't necessarily Madeline & remember many 1st names repeat/"pop-up" w/ the name last names but are different ppl. I could put a note on her pg. that she "MAY OR MAY NOT be his Dau.". | | | Michelle Hinton Mayle
 | Stefano The transfer is yours...good luck! | | | FamTreeHunter
 | RE: Lipscomb's I've seen both copies. The 1st that was handwritten & the 2nd that was typed by using the handwritten one as the source. With the info giver being Henry. There is not a last name for the Mom only the 1st & no middle name for the Dad.
I don't have a 'copy' of that census rec...is it one of those that has the month & yr of birth on it...too many guys w/ the 1st name Chas. in the line.
If Gert. is her Mom...that would be 2 kids of hers that didn't 'claim' her on a document...beginning to wonder about Gert. now... | | | FamTreeHunter
 | RE: Lipscomb's The DC for Made. (d: 1927) says that her P's were Chas. & Madeline & I don't have Chas. (d: 1974) as marr'd. to a Madeline...only to Gert. & Sarah.
I don't know where he died either...just the DOD yr from that other obit & his DOB info from a marr. rec. for him. | | | | [View all messages...] |
