Do you not know where buried??? We are apparently distant cousins through Lena Shattles Durham. I have a pic of John when he was married to Martha, his 1st wife and sister to Lena.

I would be delighted to transfer these memorials to you, however, they do not belong to me. I only added an overview area photo of the cemetery per a request from another member. The owners of these memorials may transfer them to you. If you check the links by the Created by field, it will take you to their pages.
Wishing you the best in connecting with your ancestors!

Please look at BillionGraves.com for a complete look at pictures taken. I had about four with only initials including a J.J.D., O.D., L.D., and A.D. There were two other markers that I couldn't find any engraving on, so I'll assume it may have been the Lee's. The great thing about the billiongraves.com is it gives GPS location so you can see where they are in relation to one another.

I claimed your request to find James Durham's gravesite.
I'm afraid there is a little hitch. The cemetery is "Durham & Lee
Cemetery" which is in a small town of Parrish. The cemetery is located in
an old orange grove that was private property of the CR Bennett family who has
sold the land in 5 acre plots where they have built new homes. I have
found a tree farm that was part of the old orange grove and I'm trying to see if
I would be allowed to look for the graves. Isabella & Amanda Durham
gravesites should also be there. I will keep you posted. I am going "unclaim" the request just in case someone else can beat me to get information. We need all the help we can get.
