I was at Mimosa Cemetery yesterday. I took photos of all the Henderson's there that have stones. I took a picture of one John Henderson, Jr.- he is listed as Ethel and John's son, but is not listed in their memorial. Weird. He was also a vet - - is they any link between Charles & John Jr.?
|RainbowGal||Charles & Ethel Henderson|
The Lawrenceburg Mimosa Cemetery Record book does not list either Charles Edward Henderson or Ethel C. Dugger Henderon - only John Henderson. I visited the cemetery today - found John but as the record book states - no Charles or Ethel.

The Lawrence Co. Archives office is most helpful.
I usually work with Kathy.
Their number is 931-852-4091.
I have purchased both of their Cemetery Record books - one published 1966 and another 1984.
Otherwise, they do look ups for people for a very small fee.
Best Wishes for the holidays.
Persistence wins - I did find RG Harris - Not Robert Harris.
|RainbowGal||Robert Green Harris- Mimosa|
There is no Robert Green Harris listed in the Cemetery Record Book. There s a Robert Taylor Harris with dates that are a generation earlier.
At Mimosa there is no other Robert Harris near Robert Taylor Harris. Sorry.
|Vickie Oates Woods||John Coker King|
Thank you for sharing his full name with me. I have added it to his memorial.
Thanks for the correction.
I had it right on her husband's
memorial. Mistakes happen. :-((
Transferred her to you because
you are family. I am no kin.

do you know anything about the white family? James had a brother named William who also lived in giles Co. He was married to Nancy Catherine Keltner
|Shawdau||The Cove at Springdale|
The Cove is a small area with only about a hundred stones. None of the stones says Isom or Onstott. I'm going to the library tomorrow to look at cemetery maps to see if the unreadable ones that seem to be childrens' stones are in section 4 of the Cove.

Many of the Onstott family is buried over near Petersburg, IL. I'm sure you know it was a common name during Abe Lincoln's time in Petersburg area.
