Hi, Karen! Not trying to be pushy -- but are you aware of the new system Find A Grave put in regarding edit requests?

I didn't know about it for quite some time after it was put it.

On a contributor's profile page there is a tab titled EDITS. That's where edit requests go rather than the contributor being notified by email for all requests. Now the only ones being notified by email are the ones that are "OTHER SUGGESTIONS".

I know that you have been very busy (and believe me I understand that!), but just curious if you have seen the requests I have sent you regarding Pritchett Cemetery.

Also, if I have any memorials in Pritchett you would like transferred to you, I would be glad to do so.

I apologize, Karen. I started a message on my iPad for you, the got interrupted. When I got home I sent you the message via my regular computer. I just went into my iPad and noticed that the message I started earlier had been sent inadvertently. Please ignore the second message that is only partially finished.

RE: Clayton Infants
Karen, I think everything is pretty well wrapped up on Pritchett except the CLAYTON, Unknown, and the HUNT twins. You mentioned that the unknown Clayton twins might be J and W.

That leaves the Hunt twins. Couldn't find anything out about them.

Photos for all others have been uploaded.

Duplicates:
Mrs Tillman Buffington/Arvilla Buffington
(I have requested the owner of Mrs. Tillman Buffington to delete since yours is older.)

RE: Clayton Infants
I've felt a bit sad about Pritchett Cemetery because there weren't photos for all memorials. I am retired so I have lots of time now to do this kind of stuff. I hope you don't mind.

Okay, here's how it all looks now. First of all there is a photo for every memorial except UNKNOWN CLAYTON and HUNT TWINS. You mentioned that perhaps the UNKNOWN CLAYTON could be J and W Clayton (twins?). I have researched and have found no Hunts connected to this cemetery or the people in it, but of course, that doesn't mean there aren't Hunt babies buried there. Whether you leave these two memorials is totally your call, but there apparently is no stone, so no photo.

There are duplicate memorials.

Mrs. Tillman Buffington/Arvilla Buffington (I have requested the owner of Mrs. Tlllman Buffington to delete since yours for Arvilla is the older of the two.)

Jamen Richard Conway/Jamen Richard Conway (I sent a request to you, I think, to alert you that yours is a duplicate and is the newer of the two.)

Larry Dean Johnson (I sent you a request, I think, to alert you that yours is a duplicate and is the newer of the two.)

Let me know if you want all the memorials I have in this cemetery. I would be happy to transfer to you.

RE: Clayton Infants
Karen, I, too, am inclined to think that he "unknown Clayton" twins were J and W. The Claytons seemed to take pride in marking their famiy graves.

You have a memorial for Hunt Twins. I can't fid any evidence of any other Hunts.

There are photographs fr all memorials except the Unknown Clayton and Hunt Twins,

Would you like anagement of the memorials I have in Pritchett? They aren't my people.

RE: Clayton Infants
You said that John M and Martha were the parents of the Clayton children. I assume you mean

Yurtha
J.W.
Infant J
Infant W.
(The two that share a headstone)

And would this also include the Unknown Clayton Twins for whom I haven't seen a headstone?

Clayton Infants
at Pritchett Cemetery, Lawrence County, Missouri.

The parents of the babies I am looking for were Lucinda Flowers and husband William Riley Clayton. The little ones were probably born/died about 1897.
