Miller Family
RE: Augusta Miller
Thanks for checking on that, it has been a real challenge. What you have found is his 2 year od daughter Augusta who apparently drowned in 1900. She was the last child of August and Henrietta .

August the father died just three years later ( apparently 1903 ) and oral family history has suggested that he wanted to be buried near his little daughter in Little creek cemetery ( the rest of the family is all buried in BIg Falls cemetery ) . The problem is that he isn't listed anywhere. This summer I will try again, but he has been tough to find. I wonder if he is buried next to her in an unmarked grave
Thanks
Dennis Miller

Louise Ostrenga
Hi Steph - I recognize the photographs you posted of Louise Ostrenga - she was my Great-Grandmother too. I recall visiting her in that old stone house a few times when I was very young. I remember she always had a jar of windmill cookies on hand and had a rubber chicken hanging in her kitchen! My father is Ronald Kuhn and my grandmother is Julia (Ostrenga) Kuhn.

Thanks for the additional information about the people buried in Sadie's plot. I'll have to investigate the infant daughter a little further.

Thanks so much for Sadie's headstone photo. I'm pleased to see she is not alone in the plot. I really appreciate your time.

Best wishes,
Vicki

RE: Sadie Lindsay
Hi Steph,

I'm specifically interested in Sadie Lindsay, born 1880, died 1916, but am also looking for her husband Arthur Lindsay. Her Arthur was born in 1875 and died in 1951. I have not confirmed that Arthur is buried near her, or even at the same cemetery.

I would be grateful just to have a headstone photo for Sadie. Don't worry about any other Lindsays, except her husband.

Thanks so much for your time!

Best wishes,
Vicki

Hi again Steph. You have to link Emil to Vaclav from Emil's page - otherwise I would be happy to.

Thanks
Kim

Hi Steph. Yes I am. My gg grandmother was Lizzie daughter of Anton and Veronika Krajnik. I have quite a bit on them on my ancestry account. If you are interested in looking at it, let me know and I will send the "invitation" from ancestry. I would love to locate a family member who has photos of the family. I only have a photo of Lizzie.

Thanks Kimberly
