When my dad died in 1996, I realized we can go at any time. So upon getting our 1st computer, I discovered the wonderful world of the internet and began tracing my family roots. I got my grandmother interested in it shortly thereafter, and she helped me considerably up until her death in 2004. Now I'm starting to get my children (teenagers) interested. I hope they will carry on my work once I'm gone.|

What cemetery is she buried in? I will be happy to transfer her to you.

My pleasure. I sure do wish that I could see my great-grandmother, Ruffie Whitley Winters again, and of course all my grandparents and mother that have gone to be with the Lord. Ruffie was one of the sweetest people that I have ever met, and was so full of love and kindness. I only saw Arthur once or twice that I can remember, since I was four years old when he passed away. He was a very kind and wonderful great-grandfather too.

Thank you, Ann. Those memorials were supposed to go to Mr. P #47269485. Findagrave was doing strange things this morning. I'm sorry for the confusion.
I just deleted the photo from the memorial. I see you have hers. To many times I have uncovered stones that are under the dirt. They don't pick them up much anymore, just let the earth take over. So many cemeteries are more concerned with the cost of mowing and not the giving the respect they should.

opps I guess if she has a memorial you could copy it onto it? Lots of the old stones are laying on the ground and/or broken. happens to often. If I find his when I am wondering about in the cemetery I will photo it.
