Great to hear from you. I don't get on the site as often as I should. Still stuck with my dads side. I thought there was more but can't seem to find anything past his grandfather. (Hawkins)
I will check out your new info. soon. Jan

That's great! I'm related to the Chase and Mosher family through Samuel & Maria Cole's son Ishmael Cole & his wife Elizabeth Ann Chase Cole. Are you on Ancestry? You can follow my tree, or follow through findagrave, or can I share my research through email.
Are you related to anyone in Woodard Cemetery or a local?

Hello, my name is jan harvell-hawkins. My father was Earle Hawkins. I remember talking to your dad. I live in Virginia.

No, I'm not related, just photographing the older sections of Loma Vista and doing quick internet searches on ancestry.com and other websites to link into family groups whenever possible. Let me know if you wish to maintain any of my memorials from Loma Vista or Ascension and I will transfer. I am unrelated to most.
|Candy Chapman||Chapman Family|
My name is Candyce Chapman and I will be visiting Fremont, Ohio and a couple of weeks. My great great grandfather was Jeremiah Chapman who is buried in Wales Corner Cemetery, Sandusky County. I am trying to find a connection between him and Michael Chapman. James Chapman was his son buried there in Sandusky County. My grandfather's name was Emmett and my dad's name was John Robert Chapman. My family's history has deep roots in this area of Ohio. I was born in Fremont, Ohio. If you could offer me any assistance about Jeremiah or his wife Sarah Wilbur I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks very much for the heads-up. Yes I have all this info on record, including the 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880 and 1900 federal census records. The Find-A-Grave listing might have been either really old, before we did the census research, or entered in error... At any rate I updated Jerome and his wife.

Hi Jeff, you are thoroughly welcome. It was not an easy read and I didn't find it until the end of my search and photographing of the cemetery.
It's nice to connect with you again - Paul
