I'm 30 and I've lived here in Cushman AR. for 25 years. I have two kids. A boy 6 and a girl 4.|
Got hooked on find a grave for a friend that is on the site already and we have found some intresting head stone to add to this site and had some people email us to say thanks. So it's a good feeling to help others with this site.

Brad, thank you so much! Yes I am pretty sure this is the right stone. Mary Jane Ellis married Abraham Haynes. Her death date is 6 March 1895. He died 26 September 1889. Abraham had at least 4 sisters, but I do not know where they are buried. Mary Jane had 4 sisters also so I guess I will have to keep digging.
On the listings of graves the A. Haynes is Abraham and the Wm. L. is their son.

I started searching graveyards a few years back her in Independence Co. and sometimes was able to get in touch with volunteers who dealt with the graveyards, but didnt know about Barnes Cemetary till just last year. (I grew up here also, there are several other graveyards I just recently happened up on). Would you have a contact list for Barnes Cemetary on who handles the plots and if there are any available?
Its takes a lot of time and patience to research the cemetaries and take pictures. You have done a wonderful job.
