I guess I am sort of a history buff and especially American History. I have had several ancestors in Am. Rev. War and Civil War. My recent ancestors were primarily Irish/Scot/English with the exception of a German Grandmother and a few Pennsylvania Dutch. | |

 | # 84878931 You posted a photo to this memorial and was wondering if there is a better photo. This one is too small and looks very old or something. Is there a more current photo? Thank youAdded by Debra on Apr 27, 2013 9:05 AM | | | Monika Hogge
 | RE: Joseph N. McKee Your very welcome. It was a beautiful afternoon and the cemetery is only a couple of miles from my house.
Good luck with your searches! Monika | | | Joyce Nance-Woodcock

 | RE: John G. McKee No, problem, thanks for the heads up. I'll get it as soon as the rain clears. I also looked John up and you can add US ARMY and also his date of DEATH: 10-25-1916. There's also a John and a James H. McKee there; I've sent edits for dates of death on each of them. Joyce | | | Lori Thill
 | Archibald McKee Linda, I added Archibald's mother as a link like you requested.
How did he end up buried in Shullsburg, Wisconsin? Just curious.
I was visiting there and took some pictures at the cemetery, don't have any connection. So if you 'd like me to transfer ownership to you, I can.
THanks Lori | | | Greg

 | Sidney B. Dimond Hi Linda,
My ancestor served with the Dimond's in Company K, 24th Iowa. I've been researching the soldiers and I was curious as to the source of Sidney's birth date and birth location?
Thanks,
