Have loved hearing family stories all of my life. I have done genealogy since I was 16. I am very thankful to those who have helped me along the way in my search for family members and I gladly help others in their search. It's to me a feeling of contribution-of getting the job done and done well in finding our ancestors thus finding who we are.
I dedicate my small contribution to those who have gone before me as well as those present and future family members.
Anyone wishing help in the Clarksville, Tn. area, please contact me and I'll gladly help all I can. There are those of you who have gladly helped me and for that I'll be eternally grateful.
Don't forget to pay forward. Thank you to all of you whom have paid forward and are still doing so. | |

 | RE: MacDonell Oh Mary Catherine, you should keep them, they were all 2nd cousins of mine. Could you please link George MacDonell #103252382 to his mother, Sarah Frances Elizabeth (Toochie) Williams MacDonell #56197281? The Harmon I have is Richard Fuller Harmon, Sr that married Frances Eugenia Walker, daughter of Robert Downie and Louisa Adaline Pierce Walker. The other four Harmon's are from the mid 1800's out of New York. Thanks for all! Mary #46874891Added by Mary on May 12, 2013 8:24 AM | | | Doug Marion
 | RE: Sarah DeGraffenreid Are you a DeGraffenried descendant? I think that someone should try to get the cemetery restored. Maybe a scout could use it as an Eagle project. It looks like there are many large pieces of stones that could be reassembled if the tree and debris were all cleared. The posts around the cemetery are unique and it should definitely be restored.
Let me know if I can be of any help.

 | RE: Transfer Request Yes, they are all cousins and I was trying to put my family in one place. Are you related to us? I do have a couple of Harmon's, but only because they married into the Walker/Pierce family. Thanks, MaryAdded by Mary on May 09, 2013 2:45 PM | | | Mary

 | RE: Harriett Saussy Hi Mary Catherine. The only evidence I have of Harriett's marriages are the US Federal Census' and the Florida Death Index on Ancestry.com. She is shown living with her husbands and parents on 1880, 1900, 1910, 1920 & 1930 censuses. Someone also has her in their family tree on Ancestry, but I don't put much faith into those, rather I do my own research first. If you have access to ancestry.com, you can find all you need there. Let me know if I can help further. Thanks! MaryAdded by Mary on Apr 08, 2013 12:10 PM | | | sherry
 | Gainey request I have posted most of the pictures I have of Gainey's at Harris Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The weather has kept me from finishing with the photos but I will complete these when able. If you notice there are 2 Harris Creek listings in Chesterfield County. These are the same.
I also have photos posted on Welsh Neck Baptist Church Cemetery in Society Hill, SC, Darlington County.
You will find Gainey's in both Cemeteries. Any photos I have taken feel free to use.
