Stephen McBride

Do you have your source info for Stephen McBride? I am working on some Daughters of the American Revolution paperwork and would like to add him as a patriot. I've already proven his father-in-law, Captain Jeremiah Smith, who was a hero of the French and Indian War but have not seen the information you have listed here. Thanks for any information you might have. Stephen would be my great-great-great-great-great grandfather!!! His grandson Jeremiah died in the Civil War...

RE: Stephen McBride
Hello Roger:
Thanks very much for the info and website. James McBride (1796-1870) married Elizabeth Battin (1796-1877) who is a 1st cousin 4 times removed of my sister-in-law. I've been helping my brother research the Battin family and have located a good deal more info regarding son Benjamin McBride (1834-1909) and his family. Will gladly share if you don't already have this.

Stephen McBride
I recently posted a photo of the tombstone of Stephen McBride who is buried at Sandy Springs Cemetery, Hanover Twp, Columbiana Co, OH. Do you know if Stephen is the father of James McBride (1796-1870), born in VA and died in OH?

Hugh Graham headstone
Thank you Roger for taking this picture of my ggg grandfather Hugh Graham's headstone. He with his wife and daughter came over from Ireland in 1859 and settled first in Three Rivers, MI., before moving up to Oceana county. I was surprised to find this picture here. I do have one already but its nice to know that the world will now know he is there.
