|My husband and I started entering grave sites after we stumbled upon Find A Grave and found out how it was possible to help others find their ancestors. We hope what we have entered has helped you find what you may be looking for in your search. We are not related to most of these people but really enjoy recording all this information we have been collecting. If you find anything that we may have entered incorrectly please let us know so we can correct it. Also, we would be more than happy to turn ownership of a record over to you if you so desire. If you would like a copy of the original photo, let me know and I will be glad to email it to you. |
The names we are researching are: O'Brien, Burke, Igo Gilfert, Leahy, Oravitz, and Brennan in Schuykill County PA, Paige in Montana, Foley in Waterbury, CT, Mueller in WI, Haarlander, Finegan, and Orzechowski in Philadelphia, Worthington, Bozarth, Rue, and Boileau in Bristol Pa, and Romano in N.J.
When emailing us, please place 'Find A Grave' in the subject line.

|Janell Shumaker Keuler||Ruth H. Mueller|
There are a few mistakes on Ruth Mueller's memorial according to the obit. The obit says she was born in the Town of Eaton which is in Manitowoc Co., not Brown Co.
It also says she died at Century Ridge which is in Chilton, not New Holstein.
Thank you for the photo.

Sorry there was no headstone, as for the mix-up the two cemeteries are touching on another, so no problem. If you have anyone else who is in a national cemetery just check the Nationwide Gravesite Locator web site run by the Veterans Affairs Department, it can help enormously.
Sorry it took a bit, but when I can't find the gravestone, I like to look a couple of times. Unfortunately, it does appear that there is no headstone. I did take a picture of the plot - and posted it.

"Thank You" Diane for posting the photos of the Yerkes Family. My father-in-law spent much of his childhood years visiting his mother's cousins Louisa and Elizabeth Yerkes. He referred to them as Cousin Louie and Cousin Lizzie. The girls never marrried & I would assume that they would be burried near their parents. I have an original photo the family outside their home in Warminster. The photo lists the oldest girl as Louisa A. Yerkes b.June 23, 1860 d. Feb. 25, 1941. I am hoping that the photo of Louise A. Yerkes is the grave that I am looking for. Could you please post a photo of that grave.
Thanks for all your help!
|Jim Flack||Jamison's in Hartsville, Bucks County|
Diane, you came up trumps again! Thanks for transferring to me the Jamison Family in Hartsville Cemetery. I have linked the family all together now and also linked the head (William Jamison) to his parents in Neshaminy Cemetery.
Thanks again for all your help.
