Walnut Grove Cemetery
Hi Valerie

I have been looking for an ancestor for a long time. Without going into details, he was very likely buried in Walnut Grove Cemetery just east of Haleburg, AL. I see that you added an internment from that cemetery about a year ago. I would love to learn more. Can you tell me how many gravestones were still visible? This website only list three people but I am hoping there are many more. Do you by chance know any more about it? Are you in the area or do you know someone who might be able to help me?

Thank you so much for your help,
Todd Averett (Descendant of Churchwell Penuel who owned that land in about 1860).

RE: William Wesley and Martha Williams
Thank you for your response. I am trying to locate all the Confederate Veterans who are buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Victoria, Victoria County, Texas. Since they lived in Victoria County and he died in Goliad County I was wondering if they were buried there.

Thank you for your response.

William Wesley and Martha Williams
You need to check on the Evergreen cemetery that William Wesley and Martha Williams are buried in. I think it needs to be the Evergreen Cemetery in Victoria, Victoria County, Texas. They don't have death certificate but in 1920 they are living in Bloomington Which ius in Victoria County and you have William dying in Goliad County which adjoins Victoria County. Also you show two of their children buried in Victoria County. I don't have a copy of the Victoria County Cemetery books but I feel certain they are buried there.

RE: Adams
My mistake. I was looking in Archives and realized I don't know where I got Henry Adams' name. Think I might have mixed it up with another ancestor of mine. Henry C. Bragg.
My Mother's Father's side was Adams from VA.

haven't been online for awhile . helping a friend. I will have to get back with you on that. I have not done a lot of research on Adams as of yet. I don't think our Adams is from Mass.

RE: Eliza "Lizzie" Maurer Gisler
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all of the information you sent for Ms. Lizzie! That was exactly what I will need to pass on to others when they send me a SAC to change her parents again......... I will send them your information and is it ok to have them contact you if they have any questions?

Any time I can help, let me know! After all, we have been stoppin the same grounds together for a few decades now and never knew it! Still cannot believe you lived in La. at the same time we did, bet we passed each other in Majoria's many times!!! One of my very best friends in La. was an Adams.

RE: Eliza
Oh, a SAC means "Suggest A Correction". When you have her record open, look at the top right hand corner and you will see an edit tab. Click on that tab, then click on "Suggest A Correction or Provide Additional Information". The next window allows you to add the information. Once you send it, I will get your suggested corrections and all of the links I need to complete your request.

I will review and try to figure out how to make everyone happy. Please understand, I am not doubting your information, however, I have 2 others telling me their information is correct as well, so I need help figuring out the issue between everyone's information............ Will check back in tomorrow

RE: Eliza
Hi Valerie, can you send me a SAC on this one? That way I get an email that sends me the apprpriate links. I have gotten 2 other SAC's for changes to Ms. Lizzie's parents, all with different parents' so this is getting rather confusing........ Have you spoken with Gerald Jacobs and Arlene Schroeder about this record? They have sent SAC's with conflicting information. Hope we can get this resolved, Dawn
