RE: Tony & Roger jannus
Hi Nannette,

I'm so happy to see that the record was found by a relative! I learned the information about Tony's relationship to the Spaldings from the book "Jannus: An American Flier" by Thomas Reilly. Page 5 describes Tony's family situation and how he came to live with the Spaldings. You should be able to read the passage online at the following link:

Thanks for your nice comment!

Maining Graves
You asked me what you needed to do in the future to "maintain" graves in your care. Find A Grave says that memorials should be viewed as works in progress. Therefore, when someone sends you a correction or additional information, you will be the person who needs to add the information to the deceased person's memorial page. If you neglect to update memorials when valid corrections are sent to you, Find A Grave may determine that you have become an inactive member. Also, if you yourself have information for the page of a person "in your care," then when you add it, that's considered maintaining the page. If you create or maintain very many pages, and corrections and additions are sent to you, this can be very time consuming--but always worthwhile. I hope the above information helps.

Find A Grave provides the following information concerning how to request a transfer: Go to a person's memorial page. Click on the "Edit" tab on the right-hand side of the person's page.

Then click on "Suggest a correction or provide additional information." Please state your transfer request there. Then click on the rectangle at the bottom that says "Send this message." That helps to make sure I'm transferring the correct person to you. Thanks for your help.
