Melvin, Thank you for the really nice photos. I am going to delete my request for a Louise Meads photo until I can come up with better information regarding the location. Thanks again! Ann

Much appreciated if you can add the close up photos for Sophy and John's stones since I've never been able to visit their graves in person. I have to admit I don't know the exact date of death for John and made a educated guess for a approximate year of death on his page. I knew from information I got from my mom and census information he died between 1920 to 1930. From what I knew I thought he would have had to have died by at least 1925, but it also could a few years off. For Sophy that was my mistake. I accidentally entered the wrong year when I created her page. Thanks for catching the error! Thomas is another story. He lived most of his life around the Washington DC area but moved to California later in his life to be closer to surviving family members. Unfortunately he didn't live long after the move. He was cremated and sent back to Cedar Hills for burial in a plot he purchased many years earlier. I have a feeling no one ordered a grave marker for him since there was no follow up afterward since there were no family members around to check on it. I will call the cemetery office at Cedar Hills to see if I can get more information what may have happened. From an earlier phone conversation I had they confirmed he is buried around that area. I believe he is in the same grave as Sophy. I might consider getting him a marker for remembrance if I have to purchase it myself. Anyway thanks for all your help and the photos.

Thank you very much for the excellent grave photos for John, Thomas, and Sophy Maley. John and Sophy were my great grandparents, and Thomas my godfather and great uncle. I found a old photo of the plot marker someone took many years ago and it was interesting comparing it to your new photos to see what has changed over the years. Unfortunately I've never had the chance to visit Cedar Hills cemetery to see it in person. By chance did you get a close up of the individual grave markers? I was trying to read what it says on the markers but unfortunately can't quite see everything clearly enough from the angle and distance when I zoom in. Also trying to figure if Thomas Maley's grave was marked? I think he might be buried with his mother Sophy from the information I had on their grave locations. Would appreciate any additional information you might have. Thanks!

Oh, had no idea she was there too. She was their handicapped daughter. Will make a memorial page and post a photo request for her. Don't know how often you go out but thanks so much for your work..

Thanks so much for the photos of Alice and Chastine Mason. In the group photo I couldn't make out much, do you recall if they were the only two Masons in that photo? Thank you!

Thank you so much for the photo of my great-grandfather John Irving Joy's gravesite. I appreciate the wide-angle shots to show placement in the cemetary.
Thanks for the pics. Would you mind posting the headstone on Mary E. Allison's memorial.
