May I use the monument photo that you have contributed to the Find A Grave memorial for C.B. Haslett, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)
You will be credited for this.
Thank you for your consideration.
No need for a transfer, not related. I did pull the memorial. Thanks for catching it.
|Elizabeth Marshall||George Franklin Link|
Wondering if you are related to the Link family? I am searching for information on their daughter Mary Lou.
|Ann O'Malley||Eliza Jackson Arnett|
Hi---I was just combing through the Jane Cemetery memorial list when I recognized the dates for Eliza Jackson Clifton (you had a photo request in for Eliza Arnett). She must have remarried a man named Thomas Clifton and she is interred next to him instead of next to Perry Arnett. I'm the one who put in the Clifton memorials, and it's my picture! Anyway, big mystery solved---now we know why she didn't have a little cement pad-marker like her first husband's. I added Arnett to the Clifton memorial. Best wishes...
|Virginia Brown||Joseph White|
Thanks for your thoughtfulness in transferring Joseph's memorial to me. It means a lot to me, and I look forward to adding information to his bio.
I hope someone does something nice for you in return.
|Gary and Carrie Lewis||Brazilla Lewis , Margaret Mclaughlin|
Thanks so much for the transfers, Gary
|A.C. Rogers||F Moses and Elizabeth Thomas Memorials|
I have posted a general picture of Richmond Cemetery in response to your request for tombstone photos. Three surveys of the cemetery have been completed in the past and none found a tombstones for either F Moses or Elizabeth Thomas. I also checked the Ray County tombstone records and they were not listed.
|Margaret Jackson Currie||Guffey Cemetery, Ballenger stone|
This stone could very well be that of Walter Ballenger a son of Nathan H. and Margaret Hubbard Ballenger. They had a son born at this time and it is in the correct locale.
Thanks for your work on this site.
Margaret Currie, Ballenger descendant
I am beginning to see a lot of memorials posted without dates. If you don't have dates you don‘t have a memorial you have a place holder so you can add dates later. I call those people vultures circling around waiting for someone to die. There are guidelines perhaps you need to review them.
|Long Black Veil||RE: Swango Family|
I don't do a lot of research on the Swango families.
