|Alberta Charney||Thanks for James W Ford Headstone photo|
Thank you so much. This headstone says Elsie/Alsey died in 1918 but we still have the odd reference in in her mother's obituary that implies Elsie was still alive in early 1919.
Lovely photograph, by the way.

This is a very large cemetery with all flat markers. If you could call the office and find the location of this burial we would be glad to look for it. We can only ask for three locations without being charged. 740-452-2236

Thanks much for the cemetery info. If the Grudiers are in your family tree, I would be happy to transfer them to you.
|Alberta Charney||RE: Martha Underwood Powell|
Thank you again Rennie.
Your photo of Martha Underwood Powell's headstone is so clear that I noticed another headstone behind and to the right of it. Martha Underwood and Henry Thomas Powell were my great grandparents. The headstone in the background is that of my grandparents, Susan F. Powell and Isaiah Thomas Hill. I already have their headstone posted, a picture that you probably submitted!
|Alberta Charney||Martha Underwood Powell|
Thank you for the lovely picture of Martha Underwood Powell's headstone!
Since it says "POWELL" at the bottom, is that headstone for both Martha and Henry Thomas Powell? If not, I'll have to submit another request for Henry, I'm embarrassed to admit.
It always amazes me that volunteers like you are willing to spend your spare time seeking out the gravestones of other peoples' ancestors.
Thank you again for all you do.
