There are no words that can express how deeply our family appreciates you transferring his memorial to me. I am looking forward to adding a wonderful bio for him and have already added some of our family photos. He was quite an amazing father, grandfather, surgeon, and of course athlete! Thank you Carol and thank you for all your time and effort in setting up all these memorials, it is because of volunteers like you that Find-A-Grave is one of a kind.
found and posted picture of his headstone

For Wm. Marshall - is your e-mail correct? I will send the obituary through www.newspapers.com, as that is where I get this information.

Did you get the obituary for Wm. Marshall.

Are you aware that William Riddle Marshall was also a medical doctor.

No problem. I'm just uploading all the pictures we took this summer and catching updates as they appear. Happy Researching!

I respectfully request a transfer of this memorial to me to manage. He is my great uncle. He never had any children. He is a part of my Watkins family and I would like to add a lot of information, like his obituary, to his memorial and link him to his parents, etc.
Thank you very much.

There is a memorial for Michael # 71896806.
Could we get your picture on that memorial, and delete yours?

That's an interesting question. I suppose that technically we should change his memorial to say "Cremated: Ashed with family", but that wouldn't prevent another graver from finding this location and reposting it.
I'll let you decide what you'd like me to do.
