|I hope you enjoy these virtual memorials to my personal family members. In keeping with the original intent of this site, these are not intended to be a complete biographical record of each person; rather a virtual memorial to my loved ones. Biographical information I am comfortable sharing may be posted here, as well as on ancestry.com.|

My name is Rick Snyder and I noticed your information on Hiram Snyder and enjoyed it very much. Charles Calvin Snyder was my Great-Grandfather. I noticed that the middle name that you have for Seth Snyder is Samuel. Seth's middle name was actually Hesakiah. Seth Hesakiah Snyder and his wife Mary Ellen Snyder are at rest in the Mountain View Cemetary, in Altadena, California close to Charles Calvin Snyder and Addie May Andrews. I would like to share information with you if you would like.

I was not aware that my cousin and your uncle Randy had passed. I am assuming that you are probably Janice's daughter?

I have transfered the information to Lisa. I thought it may be of interest to you and your research of the Beard family.
Have an interest in the Beard family, George F. Beard, the son of Samuel Beard. He married into my branch of the Buhrman family, which I have started to compile. Please reference Find A Grave number 46299837.
My source of information on the Beard family is a paper back book of the autobiographical account of George Beard Coffman, grandson of George F. Beard. I believe the book to be well documented and accurate.
Requesting additional information be added to the site of Frederick. He married Magdalena Weigle on December 2, 1783 in Frederick Town (sic), Frederick County, MD. He joined the Revolutionary Forces at Frederick Town on June 1,1776 as a private in Captain Philip Maroney's Company of the Maryland Flying Camp. He was in the battle of White Plains and Fort Washington and served six months. In 1777 he served two months as a substitute for Henry Firor (sic). His military information is listed in the Maryland Archives, Vol 18 pages 45, 406 and 653. Also see copy of Pension Claim W. File #3379 Revolutionary War. May also reference Scharf's History of Western Maryland, Vol 1, published in 1882, Frederick County page 587.
