Please do not add photos lifted from online obituaries to memorials.
Obituary information will be shortened. Enough information will be entered so researchers know where to search for ancestors. See FAG guide lines for more details.
Helping to preserve records and keep the information free for the next generations.
Have researched early pioneers of central and western Republic county, Kansas, and have over 10,000 names in my data base. Will search for your family members.
I am always happy to make corrections and add links to FAG memorials, when asked.

Thank you for updating her page with her parent's names. I appreciate it!
I was not aware that Orlandus had remarried and headed to California, nor had I seen the other memorial for him. I believe from everything I can find that he is actually buried in Los Gatos. The family did bother to add his death date to his wife's headstone in OH, but my guess is that he is really buried in CA, and I have added a note to his OH memorial stating that.

Is there an chance that Jesse A. Baldwin and James Alexandria Baldwin in the Lake Cemetery, Republic, KS are one and the same person??? I see that James has month day and year given while Jesse has only years. It seems too coincidental that both are 1887-1955. Let me know your feelings since you posted James. (I have some notes on this family that say Jessie Cure married Jesse Baldwin is the reason I ask.) The surviving children on your page agree with ones I have for Jesse. Thank you for any light you can shed on this. Blessings, Barb

You are very welcome! I am just a go-between in requesting the photos, if you double-click on the photo you will see the name of the wonderful Guide, Herminia Lelix, at American Battle Monuments Commission in Manila that took the photo! My husband's uncle is buried there as well and after they were so kind in taking a photo, it is my honor to pay it forward.
We shall never forget their ultimate sacrifice.

Hi, I was wondering where you got the middle name of Thompson. I have never seen that on anything. Very Cool. Thanks for the work that you do!
