I've changed Skelley to Skelly wherever it appeared. My grandfather, John McCowen, was married first to Martha Jane Longley, a sister of Dora. After Martha Jane's death, John married Maggie Higgason, my grandmother.
Thought you might be interested in how I found the Skelly name.

I found where Francis Bourne was buried because I came across a mention of the US military dedicating a new tombstone for him 5 or 6 years ago (one of those white military style ones you'd see in Arlington). But I need confirmation on the exact location of this cemetery - everything I can find on it is unclear. I dont live very far from where he is buried so I may go myself at some point.
I dont have any information on the burial of his wife, but I would assume she is buried with him.
