RE: Lena foley burdick
I also asked the cem. guy about Prattson. He said she would be buried next to him.

Well it really was a lucky day. I had looked for it before and knew the section and plot # even how it supposedly was laid out in that section. Still couldn't find it and the section is not that big. But, as luck would have it, saw a guy in a white dress shirt talking to an engraver-he turned out to be the one that runs the cemeteries and he just happened to have THE BOOK in his truck w how the whole cemetery is laid out. He had trouble finding it at first and the last name was completely obscured but helped me find 3/4 that I was looking for despite the rain despite the guy mowing that now put grass all over all of the footstones. so it really was a good day since I had to head up that way for something else. Maybe Lena aligned the stars for us. Pat

RE: Agnes m. Jordan Walz
We didn't realize until toward the end of our time that Agnes' maiden name was Jorden. Agnes was a very close friend of my mothers from the time they were in high school. They also were sorority sisters.
I'll try to get back over there and do some more searching. It's a very big cemetery tho'.

Well it is brutal here 96 feeling closer to 100 and no end in sight before the weekend. We are on the shoreline in southern CT about an hr. from st. mary's cemetery which is an hr. north but we grew up in that area and my husband's parents are buried nearby and mine are buried at St. Bridget's which is the next town over and also managed by the same org. that manages st. mary's.

Mt. st. benedicts is across the CT river in bloomfield I have an aunt and uncle buried there but have never been and it is a BIG cemetery according to the interred list. So I doubt that I will get there as I am usually combining trips even when I hit the cem. w visits to the few remaining elderly relatives. You might want to find out who manages that one to know where they are or how they divvy up the cemetery in sections.

Ed hart's dates
cleared up why the cemetery thought Ed died in 95
they got p/w dated in jan. 95 someone had crossed it out and put94 but while I was talking to the lady at St. mary's I looked at his memorial and saw that he died on dec. 30th so 1994, is, as you thought the correct death date. P
