Sharon, I must have it incorrect. I cannot find any information either that he was a Civil War Vet.

My source is Ancestry Public Trees. What type of source are you wanting? There is very little on John. I have a copy of his will.

The listing for Joshua Tillman Rowe at Sandy Grove Primitive Baptist Cemetery should read John Tillman Rowe. It is very difficult to read some of the tombstones, especially the old weathered ones and you have done a great job. John Tillman Rowe was my Great - Great Grandfather. All of the other material seem very accurate. His first wife was Penelope Ross and his second wife was Mary Dowty. One of his sons was John Riley Rowe and is buried in this same cemetery, The Sandy Grove Primitive Baptist Cemetery in Beaufort County, North Carolina. Could you please change the heading?
1. My grandfather, John B. Rowe told me that his grandfather was John Tillman Rowe.
2. Family Bible records.
3. Census reords from 1880s and 1890s.

|Howard Burough||Henry Ouzts|
Was at the cemetery today and found a John Henry Ouzts. The stone was for confederate service without any dates. Is this the same Henry as John Henry?
These were many Ouzts in this cemetery but none with the anme of Henry or Mary. Also there were several unmarked graves.
