 | RE: Janet Warrington No not a family member I am just taking pics of all stones in Holy Cross for Find A Grave and a spreadsheet of the cemetery, like I did for Egg Harbor City, which you can find here, www.lastingdigitalmemories.com/EHC_Cemetery | | | Mark Maxwell
 | Zion Cemeteries There are a lot of mistaken entries because until recently, nobody knew they were two separate entities. A friend made the discovery during a "relative search" and created "Zion Cemetery" and told me about it. I contacted the pastor of the church and the cemetery association, both saying they were separate. I then started walking through and populating Zion and contacting people about entries as I find them "across the road." Always nice to be in the right section, especially in these hot days. | | | Linda Davis
 | SAC SAC is "Suggestion and Correction".
Go to any memorial that isn't yours. Look at the upper right of the memorial and you will see a tab with "Edit". Click on "Edit".
The top option is "Suggest a correction or provide additional information". Click on that.
There you have the option of emailing me privately instead of posting like we are publicly doing now.
Or, you can type a message directly in to the Find A Grave message blank at the lower part of that page. This is what I was referring to do when requesting linking. When I receive this message it will have a link directly to memorial.
So, to do linking father to son, you would go to the son's memorial and do a SAC and give me the father's memorial number. I click on the link to get to the son's memorial and then copy and paste the father's number...it takes only seconds. I don't have to "hunt" for anything as it is there in front of me. That is how I sent you the duplicate memorial message. Remember? Some members won't do any corrections unless you do by the SAC method.
You also have the option to send yourself a copy of the direct message. This is good because if you hadn't deleted one of the duplicates in 30 days, I would forward that copy of the direct message email to edit@findagrave.com and asked them to do it for you.
Understand? I wrote this without my morning coffee!!! | | | Linda Davis
 | RE: Dorsey & Dwight Hostler You do realize it is so much more easier for the person who is doing the linking if you use the SAC as the memorial is there when I open you message instead of my looking for him.
Next time you request linking use the SAC. | | | Barbara Banales
 | RE: Maud McWherter I'll be glad to send the photos, but I don't have your email address. Or do you want me to just add them to findagrave. The photo I took of Mildred McWherter is F. Mildred. Barbara | | | Barbara Banales
 | RE: Maud McWherter You're welcome for the photos, always glad to help. We also took photos of James, Mary, Mildred and William McWherter's stones. Do you have all of them already? Barbara | | | Steve Ruiz
