I have often been told that I am a rather odd sort for enjoying spending time at cemeteries. I enjoy doing this because I am interested in preserving our past and I believe cemeteries are definitely a starting place.
At this time, I would also like to express that my involvement with Find A Grave is NEVER to upset anyone. It is purely to be able to provide a place for us to honor those we love and provide information for those who are trying to find their family, friends and loved ones. If I have entered someone you wish not be part of Find A Grave, I will gladly remove them as soon as I get a chance.
I do manage a number of memorials on this website and I have no problem transferring those individuals to family or friends who will do a better job providing the loving care they deserve. I look at Find A Graves "guidelines" as suggestions, not the all end of all rules and the world is going to end if we do not follow them.
On that note, I would also like to let everyone know that I work a full-time job and Find A Gave is a hobby for me. I am trying to do my best to keep up with all of the emails and information sent to me. Unfortunatly, I am not doing a very good job. If you have sent a request or information to me in the past and I have not responded to you, I kindly ask you send the request to me again.
I hope I have not offended anyone and everyone realizes I enjoy participating in this forum to honor our families, friends, and our past. | |

I sent you several messages via the "Edit" and "Suggest" tabs over a week ago and have received no acknowledgement. Please note that you have mixed up the dates of Lewis Ballard Yeager #24813661 with that of his son Lewis Morgan Yeager #24813743. The father Lewis B. #24813661 was born in 1848 and died in 1932. His son Lewis M. #24813743 was born in 1870 and died in 1957. I have added photos of their gravestones which clearly show their middle initials and dates. You are evidently very busy with other things. So I would appreciate it very much if you would please transfer maintenance of both these graves to me so that I may show full names, add bio notes, full dates of birth and death, as well as family links.
