Cristina, I am happy that you claimed my photo request at St John. I also have a husband and wife at All Faiths Lutheran across the street and am wondering if you would be willing to get those also? I have a grave location. If you can not, it is OK. I felt that it never hurts to ask.

Hi Christina, hope all is well. Listen, we were discussing Holy Cross cemetery, some site photos I needed, but the need no longer exists. On Nov. 21st a user "evergreen" posted a photo. (And I'm not sure why, because I didn't post any new photo requests.) It's a somewhat small picture, but it will do, WAY better than the up-close original volunteer photo by "anonymous." If it's possible - and if the storm(s) don't deter you, that would be great. I have no idea how difficult it is to get around in New York at the moment (post-Sandy), but the news here in Europe makes it sound very difficult. I hope you and yours came through it all without too much loss.
I believe you will find a grave for Sadie Feldman in the same area - she is buried in Block 109, -14- 6 - grave 6 (maybe she's one of the burials you remember seeing behind the large stone.
Could you also send me individual photos of the stones that read 'Ida Zaretsky" and 'Beatrice'? The Hebrew is a bit difficult to read in the long shot of the row of gravestones you sent me.
Now that your photos have shown me how cool this can be, I have yet another wish, if you're going to Mt. Hebron. These are the grave stones for Sam Kunen and his wife Gussie. They are in Block 51, 22 - P - 15 , graves 9 and 10 in the Mohilev On Dnieper Society section. Say no if I'm asking for too much of your time.
It really means a lot to me, being able to actually see the cemetery and to know that the graves are there, not forgotten and so well-cared for.Added by CMS on Nov 07, 2012 4:55 AM | | | CMS

I want to say how helpful it is that you photographed the other gravestones nearby. You have put me on the track of four additional family members by including the long shot of the row of stones. Because you photographed the details so carefully and clearly, I'm pretty sure I can identify details I didn't know before.
I have a question, too. The large memorial stone in the background of the long shot says Feldman Rabinowitz. Am I correct in thinking that there's no additional inscription on that one? Do you remember?
